Time to Let Go

Are you currently holding onto something and absolutely refuse to let go?

Perhaps hurt feelings, your pride, 
the loss of a loved one, anger, or the past?  

How about an idea of who you used to be, 
or material possessions that you no longer need?

The emotional tug of war between holding on and letting go occurs within all of us at some point in time.  We all have strong emotional attachments to people, places, ideas, and objects in life.  We care deeply about these attachments.  Our strong emotional attachments lead us to towards holding on despite knowing that we should free ourselves by letting go.  

We have the ability to let go and free ourselves from the tug of war.
